Baby Nursery Program – What We Offer
Baby Nursery Program
Toddler Program
At Baby Home Nursery, our Baby Nursery Program offers a very warm, nurturing, and home-away-from-home environment for babies from 45 days onwards. As one of the best nurseries in JBR, we acknowledge that every baby develops at their own pace, so we focus on creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where they can feel secure while beginning their learning journey.
Our program is based on the EYFS curriculum, with a strong focus on sensory exploration, messy play, early communication, physical development, social and emotional growth, and learning through play. Babies are given plenty of opportunities to explore their surroundings through age-appropriate activities, music, stories, movement, sensory experiences, and gentle interactions with their caregivers.
We provide individual attention and follow each baby’s unique needs, routines, and developmental stage. Our caregivers work closely with parents to ensure consistency between home and nursery, while regular updates and photos help parents stay connected with their little one throughout the day.
Most importantly, we want every baby at Baby Home to feel safe, loved, comfortable, and happy, making their nursery experience feel as close to home as possible.
Preschool / Foundation Stage
Preschool Foundation Stage – What We Offer
At Baby Home Nursery, our Preschool Foundation Stage follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, providing children with a strong foundation for their future learning in the big schools. Our approach is play-based, child-centred, and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, encouraging children to be curious, independent, creative, and confident learners.
Children learn through a balance of structured activities and child-led exploration, with opportunities to develop their communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional skills, early literacy and mathematics, understanding of the world, and expressive arts and design.
Our teachers observe each child very closely and plan activities according to their individual interests, abilities, and developmental needs. We create meaningful learning experiences that encourage children to ask questions, solve problems at their own, express themselves confidently, build positive relationships, and develop independence in a nurturing environment.
Our goal is to ensure that every child leaves the Preschool Foundation Stage confident, capable, curious, and ready for the next step in their educational journey in schools all over the world.

What Does Baby Home Nursery Help Children Develop?
At Baby Home Nursery, we strongly believe the early years are the foundation years for lifelong learning for our children. Through our British EYFS curriculum, play-based learning, and Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, children are encouraged to explore, communicate, build relationships, and become confident and independent life-long learners. Our experienced teachers create active, engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support each child’s individual development and challenge them appropriately.
Communication
Children develop their communication and language skills through meaningful conversations, stories, songs, group activities, and everyday interactions with their peers and teachers. We encourage and provide sae space to our children to express their ideas, feelings, needs, and thoughts while developing their listening and communication skills.
Social Skills
Through small/large group play and daily interactions, children learn how to share, take turns, negotiate, cooperate, build friendships, and understand the feelings and needs of others as well.
Confidence
A nurturing environment gives children opportunities to try new things with confidence, make choices, express themselves, and celebrate their achievements. This helps them develop confidence and a positive attitude towards learning and overall nursery experience.
Independence
Children are encouraged to do things for themselves, make simple choices, take responsibility for their belongings, and participate in everyday routines. These experiences gradually build independence and help develop lifelong skills.
Physical Development
Through movement, outdoor play, dance, sports, and hands-on activities, children develop their gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and body awareness.
Creativity
Arts, music, imaginative play, sensory experiences, and open-ended activities allow children to explore their ideas and express themselves creatively and freely.
Early Literacy
Children develop a love of books, stories, sounds, letters, and mark-making through playful and significant experiences. These activities help build the foundations for reading, writing, listening, and communication.
Early Mathematics
Through everyday play and practical experiences, children begin to explore numbers, counting, shapes, patterns, sizes, quantities, and simple problem-solving. We make early mathematics engaging and relevant to their everyday experiences.
